1 of my team mate resigned....

Really sad news when I heard that 1 of my team mate resign from my boss last week. This ia quite a bad news, as I would expect it be later although everybody in the company have been speculating about the cutting of head count further to 50 after the 1st batch 14 persons and 2nd batch 2 persons.
